Dear lovely people,

As some of you will have unfortunately noticed, there are a few accounts that are having issues accessing the app on iPhones since the latest update.

It's the first time we've encountered an issue like this in our 4 years of operation, and is not reflective of the service we pride ourselves on delivering.

The good news is we've already released a fix that is compatible with the new Apple changes, however we are simply waiting for Apple to accept the update onto the App Store.

Please rest assured, if you have been impacted by this, we are working as hard as possible to get you back on Mosaic Journal asap.

With Mosaic Journal, as long as you upload your photos, they are simply included in the following month's batch - so you will never miss out on your photos. You will be able to upload them as soon as the update is accepted.
