Delete Your Mosaic Journal Account
Mosaic Journal allows users to permanently delete their account and associated personal data.
How to delete your account
Option 1: Delete your account in the app
- Open the Mosaic Journal app
- Go to Profile
- Tap Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion request
Option 2: Request deletion by email
Send an email from the email address associated with your Mosaic Journal account to:

We will process your request and verify ownership of the account before deletion.
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently delete:
- Your account profile
- Your uploaded photos
- Your journals
- Your friends and social connections
- Any other user-generated content associated with your account
Data that may be retained
We may retain certain information where required by law, including:
- Order and transaction records
- Tax and accounting records
- Fraud prevention and security records
Retention period
Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
Any data retained for legal or regulatory reasons will be stored only for as long as required by applicable law and then permanently deleted.
