How often do I receive my photos?

You will receive your photos once every month based on your sign up date.

For example if you signed up on the 5th January, your first batch will include all photos from the 5th January to 4th February.

Your second batch would be 5th February to 4th March etc.

Can I start my journal in the past?

Yes - absolutely!

You can pick your start date when creating your journal.

When will I receive my album?

The album is the first thing you receive - for you to fill as the year goes on.

We ship your album as soon as we receive your order - so please expect it within 2-4 working days.

What happens if I miss a day?

Not to worry! All photos that you miss are rolled over.

You can upload missed photos and they'll automatically be added to your next delivery.

Can I upload photos from my camera roll?

Absolutely! Mosaic Journal syncs with your camera roll to make it quick, easy and fun to upload photographs.

You also have the option to capture your photo from within the app.

Can I have multiple journals?

Yes - absolutely!

You can create multiple journals to capture different journeys through the settings.

How long do I have to change my photos?

You have an extra 48 hours from your print-date every month to edit your photos.

Can I gift an album with pre-selected photos?

You can order photos and the album separately by creating a new journal with a start date in the past - but you will have to slot them in yourselves.
