You'll receive tracking information right away.

In the UK it takes 1-3 business days to arrive, for the EU & USA it takes 2-12 business days to arrive. We aim for it to be as quick as possible.

Freestyle Mode: Photos are shipped directly after checkout and take 2-5 days to arrive.

One A Day Mode: Photos are shipped once every month based on your sign up date.

For example if you signed up on the 5th January, your first batch will include all photos from the 5th January to 4th February.

If you ever upload photos late, they will automatically be included in the next delivery.

Freestyle Mode: Upload as many photos as you like from any date.

One a day mode: Yes - within the last 365 days!

You can pick your start date when creating your journal.

Your first batch will get you up to speed and include all your backdated photos.

Not to worry! All photos that you miss are rolled over.

You can upload missed photos and they'll automatically be added to your next delivery.

No - there are 52 blank spreads in the album. Each spread represents a week.

However, you have the option to print the date directly onto your photographs through the app.
